The XTRAC is a 308 nm xenon: chloride laser system and is in the desirable narrow-band UVB range. The treatment is delivered via a handpiece that covers 3.2 cm2. By avoiding exposure of healthy skin to Ultraviolet B, you can safely give the desired higher exposure doses needed for rapid clearing.
